How to Pay

All payments can be made online through our My.somtoronto.com portal. Once a application profile has been created, payments can be made under the ‘Payments’ section found on menu on the left. You then pay using a credit or debit card. Please ensure your payment amount has been authorised with the School of Ministry before paying it.

Payments & Payment Due Dates

School fees are due in full on the first day of your School of Ministry program. Payments can be made on the day of arrival at SOM or prior to arrival. A payment plan is also available, see Payment Plan below for more details.

Payments can be made prior to arriving through our online application process (see How To Pay, page 10). Payments can also be made on the first day of SOM, payments can be made by credit card, debit card or cash (we do not give change for cash payments). Please make sure your card provider will allow a transaction large enough to pay all of your fees.

Payment Plan

Payment plans are only available for the Heart & Advance Modules, unfortunately there is no payment plan available for LSOM schools. Payments plans are available once the application fee & deposit have been paid and only to those who are able to guarantee payments in installments throughout the school. Below is a description of the process, please read carefully in order to be prepared.

If a student would like to use a payment plan please email som.toronto@catchthefire.com and let us know prior to arriving at SOM. On registration day students will sign a Payment Plan Agreement and must have a credit card that can be put on file. Without signing the Payment Plan Agreement or providing full payment of all fees by the time you have arrived at SOM, students will not be permitted to attend SOM. By signing this and providing credit card info students are committing to pay the full amount due, regardless of whether they complete the school or not. To clarify—this means even if a student is asked to leave the school, or decides to withdraw, their balance is due in full. The only exception to this is outlined in our ‘Refund Policy’ on page 10.

Example: Spring Heart Module
Payments due in full by May 1st

Before school – $500 application deposit

First day of school – $2550

April 1st – $2550

May 1st – $2550

NOTE: Please do not come “in faith” without your fees for the school.  We believe the Lord understands deadlines, so if He has not supplied in time, we won’t contradict Him by accepting students without their finances being in order.  We need to know one month prior to arrival if students are not able to attend.
