+ Should I take the online or in-person soon?
Both formats cover the same teachings and offer a similar small group experience. At the in-person school in Toronto, you will be immersed in the culture and presence 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will live, sleep and eat with fellow students. The part-time online experience, which allows for you to learn from home and work through the material is especially suited for people who may be working remotely or taking care of children at home.
If you are able to travel, then coming to Toronto will give you the most immersive experience.
+ How much time does the online school take?
In total, about 10 hours per week, 6-7 of which is flexible and can be done according to your schedule. Here's how it breaks down:
Teaching videos: approx. 6 hours each week. These can be watched anytime in your own time and will be released each week. You can watch them all at once or a couple per day. They are split into 30 minute segments so can easily fit in throughout your schedule.
LIVE virtual mentoring sessions: Our online Heart Module includes four live one-on-one mentoring sessions. This is a valuable opportunity to ask questions, encounter God, talk through ideas, or create a plan of action. These sessions can be scheduled at any point during your course.
There is a total of 14 weeks of content in the online Heart Module, you will have access to the all the course content for 6 months (24 weeks).
+ Is it safe to attend the in-person school in Toronto?
We take the health and safety of our students and residents very seriously and always want to be in line and respectful of what our government is asking us to do in order to be responsible to our society. As of October 01, 2022 there are no government restrictions by either the government of Ontario or the government of Canada, so we are facilitating in person schools as usual.
+ Does it matter which timezone I'm in (for the online school)?
No, it doesn’t matter which timezone you are in. You can take this class from anywhere in the world.
The lessons are pre-recorded, so you can watch them around your own schedule. We’ve tried to design the class in a way that it will help you stay committed and feel immersed in the process, but also flexible enough that you can fit it into your personal schedule.
