We’d love to have you at the School of Ministry! Applying is easy and open year-round, whether you’re nearby or coming from across the globe. With no set deadline, you can start your journey anytime. Submit your application at least two weeks before the semester begins. Once you apply, you’ll hear back from us within 2–4 weeks.
Start by picking the journey that fits your season—Heart, Leaders, or Online. Visit our Modules page to learn about each one and find your best fit.
Applying is easy. Head to my.somtoronto.com to create your profile, upload references, and submit your deposit—all in one place.
Once accepted, sign in to your account to complete the next steps, like selecting your financial package and confirming your visa if needed.
You don’t need any specific educational background to join the School of Ministry—just a heart that’s ready! Along the way, you’ll take on meaningful assignments like sermons and book reports to help you grow and develop during your time here.
For the Heart and Advance Modules, we welcome students aged 18 to 40. If you’re 17 but turning 18 during the school year, you can still apply. For the Leaders School, there’s no age limit—anyone 18 and older is welcome. Wherever you are in life, we’d love to help you take the next step in your journey.
If you are a returning student or a graduate and would like to continue your journey at the School of Ministry, simply sign in to your account at my.somtoronto.com and apply to any module you’d like to take.
Internships are only available to graduates of our Advance Module. Please contact us at som.toronto@catchthefire.com if you would like to apply for an internship at Catch The Fire in Toronto.
Before applying to the School of Ministry, please ensure you have researched and understood all the requirements for entering Canada. Applicants will need to determine whether they need a visitor visa and/or an eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization).
