When sending in your application, please include your application fee (for 5-month Module students).

Upon acceptance, a deposit is required. For international students, your letter for immigration will be sent when your tuition deposit has been received. Your tuition deposit is non-refundable, and confirms your place in the School.

 

How to Pay

We’re able to receive payments in the following ways:

  1. Paypal - email som.toronto@catchthefire.com for account details.
  2. Canadian cash or cheque.
  3. US cash or cheque. Please request our current exchange rate before sending a payment in US dollars. US cheques are processed once monthly.
  4. Credit card – call the School of Ministry office with your credit card details.

Please ensure your payment amount authorised with the School of Ministry before sending it.

 

Payment Plans & Due Dates

School fees are due in full on the first day of your School of Ministry program. We will also receive full fee payment ahead of time. We don’t offer payment plans for the Leaders School.

Students attending the 5 month modules who choose to pay their fees in installments (with previous agreement from the School of Ministry staff), understand that they are committing to pay the full amount due, regardless of whether they complete the school or not. To clarify—this means even if a student is asked to leave the school, or decides to withdraw, their balance is due in full (with the exception of the refund policy as described in the next section).


Payment plans are available for those that are able to guarantee payments in installments throughout the school. All fees must be paid during the School, to specific deadlines. If a student defaults on their payments they will have to end their course early. An example payment plan is as follows:

Spring 5 Month school

Payments due in full by May 15th

Before school – $500 application deposit

First day of school – $2364

April 1st – $2,363

May 1st – $2,363

NOTE: Please do not come “in faith” without your fees for the school.  We believe the Lord understands deadlines, so if He has not supplied in time, we won’t contradict Him by accepting students without their finances being in order.  We need to know one month prior to arrival if students are not able to attend.

 

Discounts

Discounts are not available for the Leaders School. For those applying to any of our 5-month Modules, discounts are available through an application and approval process, and are only provided under special circumstances.

Refund Policy

The first month of the school is treated as a period in which the staff and students assess the program and whether this is the right time and place for each student. Should a decision be made to leave the program, the refund of your fees will be calculated as follows:

Withdrawal Refund During:

First Week – 100%

Second Week – 75%

Third Week – 50%

Fourth Week – 25%

Fifth Week and On – 0%
